You are kindly welcomed to Apartment Focus. Please let me introduce our accomodation in a few words.

In the city center of Szeged, in a calm neighbourhood,  Apartment Focus is ideal for families, couples and it is also recommended to travellers who search accomodation for only one night. 

The 63 meters squared Apartment Focus with two bedroom (both with private entrance), living-room, dining-room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and separated WC is air conditioned. Parking at the street is without expense. We offer free WiFi in the apartment.

Amenities

Apartment Focus is located on the first stairs of the residential block at Alföldi street 32. As you can find it at the end of the common corridor, the apartment has a little, own used balcony before the entrance door. The flat is fresh painted, well-furnitured, clean and is in very good condition.

As we mentioned above, two single bedrooms, living-room, dining-room, kitchen, bathroom an separated WC is belonging to the flat what we offer to you.

In the bedrooms there are wardrobes. While one of the bedrooms you can sleep in a double bed, in the other two separated beds can be found. If you need, we can provide plus accommodation for one person on a convertible couch. In demand, we can prepare only one baby cot and other equipment take care of babies in the flat.

In the bathroom, you can find a built-in tub. Pls. pay attention to dry up the floor of the bathroom, because after having shower, slippery floor can be dangerous.

Gas oven, micro oven, refrigerator, water boiler, electric tea maker, toaster and traditional coffee maker are belonging to our well-equipped kitchen. We provide cutleries, plates and glasses for your comfortable stay.

There is a dining-table with four chairs in the dining-room. The dining-room is separated with living-room by a bar. In the living-room, there are barstools, a TV stand and a leisured couch.

In the apartment you can enjoy cable TV service and free WiFi. Near the residential block of the Apartment Focus, free parking lot can be found.

Location

As the residential block of Apartment Focus is located in Alsóváros, it is only 10 minutes-walk-distance (aprox. 700 m) far from the Grand Central of Szeged. According to this fact, our guest travelling by train easily can get to the Apartment from the railway station.

Don’t worry, if you travel by bus, because the central bus station is only 1,5 km far from your accommodation in case you choose Apartment Focus. In the near here, there are bus and tram stops, so our guests can reach almost every districts of Szeged by local public transport.

On the other hand, if you get to Apartment Focus by car, you should leave M5 Motorway at Szeged-Nyugat or Szeged-Dél exit. From Szeged-Dél exit point, the route takes 14 minutes(14 km), while from Szeged-Nyugat means 10 minutes drive (10 km) to the apartment.

In the neighborhood

The apartment located in Alsóváros as a part of Szeged, which provides quiet and calm neighborhood. Close to Apartment Focus, groceries (prox. 200 m), restaurants and cafeteria (prox. 300 m), playground (prox. 300 m) can be found.

The Library of Congress of the University (TIK) is within five-minutes-walking distance, while the city center of Szeged can be reached with easy 10-15 minutes walking (aprox. 800-1000 m). The buildings of Clinics (aprox. 80-1200 m), the Zoo (aprox. 1,7 km), the Anna Thermal Bath of Szeged (aprox. 1,8 km), the Ice Rink of Szeged (aprox. 1,8 km) and Sunshine Aquapolis Bath (aprox. 2,6km) are not far from the apartment. From Apartment Focus, it’s easy to get to the Olympic Training Centre (6 km) by car.   

Access

Personally the owners is who give the keys of the apartment to you and you can give it back directly to them. During your stay, you can feel free to make contact with the owners in connection with any issues.  The contacts and the emergency numbers can be found in a table hanging on the front wall of the entrance.

To feel you comfortable in Szeged, we prepare brochures and leaflets about the current tourist programs in the city and several kind of services of local companies in the near here. You can also get the maps of Szeged.
